I did my 1st seeding in the new house back in May 2023. (watch that video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1tVRPdOt2U ) I totally transformed my lawn on my 1st try! Seeding is really recommended in the fall, when your seeds are of no risk of being toasted by the heat. This is my 1st fall overseeding to further strengthen my lawn and to fill in bare spots that have succumbed to fungus during the summer nights.
