On today's adventure we re-visit a property which featured on this channel earlier in the year (links below).
This client was a first for me. She was familiar with the work on this channel, and reached out directly to see if I could take on her yard. After hearing her story and meeting her family, there was no saying no!
This time around she contacted me with an offer of $20, because it was all she could afford! No money ended up changing hands, but I appreciated the offer. I insisted, because this job was funded by YouTube advertising revenue, Patreon and Buy Me a Coffee!
