A friend of mine called me and asked if I'd like to take care of an overgrown property for him. He said he got a call from the HOA stating that it needs to be serviced. Due to the homeowner being unresponsive for a very long time, the HOA had to find a contractor to come clean up this home. Seemed like the homeowner just abandoned & ruined their property.
When I showed up to the property, everything and anything that was trying to grow there was completely dead and dry. Nothing there has seen any water for months. Due to the amount of tape from papers on the front door, it seemed like wasn't the first time the HOA has had to deal with this mystery homeowner.
