Last week @Thelawnbae and I came across this beautiful remodeled corner lot home with extremely tall grass.
I tried knocking on the front and back door to speak with the owner to offer a free helping hand. There was no answer. I noticed they had a ring camera doorbell so hopefully they didn’t mind me mowing it without their permission.
We picked up a bunch of trash and liquor bottles out of the lawn before mowing but since the grass was so tall we had to pickup the remainder after.
The Nextdoor neighbor mentioned to me that the home was sold recently but he hasn’t seen anyone move in yet and that the lawn really needs to be mowed.
His backyard was really overgrown as well and I promised to take care of it for him later this week.
This job took us 6 hours total to complete but all the neighbors seemed to really love it as they shouted out to me while driving by.
I had a lot of fun with this property in particular since I finally had to enough space to utilize my New Toro 36” Stand On Mower. It truly handle this thick grass like a champ😎.
I also trimmed up the overgrown shrubs, edged up the curb and cleaned off the fence.
