This title has to do with a gentleman that we did an estimate for. I actually had the conversation recorded because I like to listen to them back to see how I can get better when talking with potential customers. Unfortunately I forgot to disclose to him i was recording so i chose not to share that conversation. He basically told me my price was crazy and threw his arms up in the air and stormed off mumbling under his breath like a child. I talk about it at the 16:00 minute mark in this video.
