DIY lawn care for beginners that you can apply to your lawns TODAY I will be showing you a cheap easy way to make your lawn green and it is a cheap form of fertiliser that will kill the weeds and moss in your lawn. This is a beginner level fertiliser that is very easy to use and is very cheap and works very well at making your lawn green and healthy. We will be using a fertiliser that is made from sulphate of iron, sulphate of ammonia and sand. This is a good fertiliser to use for lawn renovations and scarification. Usually this would be used in the spring or the autumn during a lawn renovation This is called lawn sand and it is very good at killing moss in a lawn. I will be showing you how to apply the lawn sand to green up your lawn
