Today we're out and about bidding 5 commercial job sites before we get hammered with another 3-6" of snow! I wanted to take you guys with us to bid these commercial job sites and share my thought process as we walk around a few different sites.
Commercial work can be very profitable if you bid it right, and my opinion it all starts with a proper site walk through. Make sure you're looking at every nook and cranny of the site to make sure no stone is left unturned. The last thing you want to do is miss an important detail that can cost you hundreds or thousands of dollars on a larger commercial site.
