Today we're finishing up 6 spring aerations that we have on the schedule and we're tackling them with the Exmark 40" Aerator. This is Exmark's largest aerator part of their new Z-Aerate lineup.
Most of you guys know our properties are around a quarter acre lot or smaller, so a unit this size might not be the best option for us. I would suggest that this unit is for the dedicated fertilizer and turf management company that can really put this machine into high gear on larger size properties.
For me personally, I am going to be sticking with our 30" unit which we picked up back in 2016. I think the 30" unit is in that sweet spot and although it can be a little slow and clunky at times, it's still a solid workhorse that can bring in great revenue both spring and fall.
