I found this lawn while looking for lawns to mow in the Orlando, FL area. I left a note offering to mow it for free and got a quick response. It turned out to be a nice family with 2 kids and a dog. They were having problems with their mower, and had received threats of fines from their HOA if they didn't take care of their lawn soon. Luckily I found them, and we were able to help each other out. Needless to say, the HOA should be sufficiently satisfied with this cleanup, and there will be no fines placed on this family.
