A few weeks ago, I drove by this place and knocked on this homeowners door, nobody answered. So I returned again and this time left a business card on her door. She called me back and told me that she'd recently underwent back surgery and it had made yard care impossible at that time. She asked me how much I'd charge to clean up her whole yard and I said FREE.
