In this video I explain the two most important reasons why I can keep my cold season lawn green and growing even in extremely hot weather without any rain.
I use really deliberate irrigation practices that limit my water usage and I apply water retention product to my lawn during the hottest parts of the year. In this particular video I applied Hydretain to my lawn in early summer to give my soil an edge on evaporative loss throughout the duration of summer.
