How to repair burn marks on a lawn 🐶Dog stains ⭐ Fertiliser burn ⛽ Fuel burn
👉 This is a tried and tested way to make small repairs on a lawn and works every time
👉 Dig out the burnt area, for this video I used a drill and an auger
⛏️ You can use a pen knife or a garden trowel or similar to remove the old dirt if you don’t have these tools
🌱 Add some grass seed to a bucket and then add soil and mix through
▶️ Add the grass seed to the hole and smooth out with your foot, for larger areas use a rake or lawn lute

------ How does dog pee damage your lawn?
Dog pee contains a chemical called urea which is excreted by the kidneys. Urea is a compound of nitrogen. It makes grass grow faster, stronger and greener. However, if it’s present in a very high concentration, it will scorch the grass.
⭐ How to prevent lawn damage from dog pee ⭐
👉 Train the dog to toilet in one place or not on the lawn
👉 The first pee of the day is the one that usually burns, take it somewhere else for the first toilet break
👉 Letting the dog out more often - When the bladder is full for a long time, its contents become more concentrated
👉 Take your dog for walkies
👉 Talk to your vet - If your dog has more protein in his diet than his body really needs, it will be excreted in his wee.
💩 Pick up poos - If left for a long time, dog poo can damage your lawn.
