Newly Seeded Lawn?? WATCH Out For THIS!!

I'm seeing a trend I don't like to see when it comes to new grass seed...

That trend would be low 90s for highs, but even more importantly, the low temps are going to be in the 70s and that is a recipe for pythium. This can quickly take out a lot of your newly seeded lawn so make sure to limit your watering in the evenings if you notice the low temps are going to be warmer than usual.
