NOTHING WENT AS SCHEDULED! [NEW CHIPPER RENTAL]

Today we rented a chipper to take care of the hundreds of downed branches on this spring cleanup we're tackling. This is day 3 of a huge overhaul to get this property cleaned up and back into shape after years of neglect.

We chainsawed downed trees, removed hundreds of branches, and sucked up a huge left over pile of leaves from Tuesday. The weather wasn't cooperating and neither was the equipment, including clog after clog on the debris loader.

One thing that was new for us - we rented a chipper from a local place called Tool Time Equipment Rental. We'll most likely be renting this unit again on Monday, as there's still plenty of work to do on this site to tidy it up before the home goes for sale.
