Scarifying a lawn | APRIL LAWNCARE TIPS - Why I recommend not overseeding your lawn early as there is still a risk of frost and snow
Today we were out in Newtownabbey carrying out a lawn renovation and out of the blue we had hailstones, this wasn't expected as the forecast had predicted sunny skies. The joys of April lawncare. It's still to cold to overseed your lawn

These are regular clients and we carry out these lawn renovations every year, its important to renovate your lawn each year to maintain good levels of thatch, this helps keep your lawn healthy and will stop disease and moss from growing. Too much thatch in a lawn will choke it and air water and light will not be able to get to the roots of the lawn, this makes the lawn much damper to walk on, often leading to more thatch the problems only get worse.
