Keeping my lawn green in the late summer can be a challenge. Yes, nutrients in the soil are very important for that. Yes, water is important. But even with those two essentials in place, I find that many people struggle to keep the green in the lawn. This is particularly true with bermuda lawns. I show in this video that only the very tip of the bermuda lawn is green. If you take more than a little off when mowing, it will takes some of the color away. I have been raising my cutting height for the past 6 weeks or so. To maintain a very short bermuda lawn woudl probably require mowing every 3 to 4 days. #shorts
