There's a formula and a process to growing a successful lawn and landscaping business, but I often see folks who want to "do it their own way."
I don't necessarily mean choosing a name, color scheme, branding, or equipment selection. That's all fine for me. I am referring to not taking advantage of the tools, resources, and advice before you and trying to make things up on your own.
