As business owners, we sometimes get frustrated when our employees don't operate as a 10 as we self-profess. The reality is that most of our customers are only looking for a 5 for what we hire them on. If your team is operating at a 6 but not your level of 10, it's ok!
They're not going to have the same level of enthusiasm you have as an owner, but they've met or exceeded the customer's expectations, and that, my friend, is a win any day of the week.
