Today is a quick rant on why LOSING customers isn't always a BAD thing. Look, the last few weeks I've seen push back on quite a few clients, just like a lot of you. The reality is we're in unprecedented times with the costs to operate our business going up like never before, but what do we do?
Here's the honest answer, not EVERY customer you have is one you need to keep. I get it, things are more expensive, and our services may in fact be unaffordable for some, but you have to remember too, it's ok.
I never like losing GOOD customers, but I am always thankful and grateful when I lose a BAD customer. Someone who is shopping you for price, and not quality, isn't someone you want on your roster long term anyways.
The point of this quick rant: know your worth. Stick to your guns, and don't lower your prices for anyone. You're in business to make a profit, and that's a good thing. Stop trying to satisfy customers who don't appreciate you or your efforts! There are plenty of customers out there, and you deserve to win big with the right clients who appreciate your business!
