In this video, I show you what happens when you Renovate your lawn. In August I started this process on turning my test plot around. It was getting swarmed by Bermuda grass. So I started the process of getting it out, dethatching, aeration, seeding and fertilizing. The lawn did have a few pout days just like bluegrass seed normally does but it did fill in. There is just a couple of trouble spots that I will be addressing over the winter and throughout the spring. First is getting some limbs cut back from some trees on the test plot. This particular area the grass always struggles because it isn't receiving any sunlight and hardly any rain. The other spot is just some small areas that I will spot seed in the spring. Otherwise everything else looks good. I hope this video and the previous one I did to start this process does help you Renovate your lawn and give you some encouragement in doing so.
