This lawn was a NIGHTMARE to topdress, the 70/30 lawn dressing was full of stones, lumps of clay and other debris. This project was to fix a bumpy lawn, the lawn had been installed the year before and there was a lot of undulation in it, making the lawn bumpy and uneven. We had arranged to do it on a certain date and didn't have any flexibility and the weather that day wasn't the greatest for topdressing as there were a lot of heavy showers. Trying to spread sand or soil on your lawn on a wet day is a nightmare and hard work to get it spread evenly over the lawn and matted in
