One of the things you guys always catch me on or comment on is that when I shoot mowing footage on instagram, I'm always going the wrong way when trimming grass!
I think it's pretty funny because anytime I shoot a mowing vlog, I actually go the opposite way so we don't start world war 3 on trimming techniques, ha! I know so many folks trim going clockwise, and the rest of you trim going counter-clockwise.
I can only speak for myself, but I feel like it just makes more sense to trim around a house going counter-clockwise. I feel like there is just less grass to trim after the mower has made it's initial pass, and there's less chance of running in to the trimmer helper when going the same direction.
I know it's a simple topic, but I'd love to hear your guys thoughts and what you guys do. I guess my other question is, if we all know that grass shoots out when walking backwards, why can't they make a motor or engine that spins the opposite direction! Wouldn't it make sense to have the engine spinning to where it shoots the grass backwards, and not into the mulch beds?
