I am sharing winter lawn care tips that can help you have a great lawn in spring. Winter can be rough on a lawn. In this video, I discuss bermuda, zoysia, centipede and st augustine grasses. I help you determine if you lawn is dormant, damaged or dead. I also give tips on what to do or not do to help a damaged lawn as it transitions out of dormancy into spring. Sometimes, applying herbicides may be great for weed control, but may add to further damage to the lawn. I would prefer to leave a few weed in the lawn for the sake of the turf health during a stressful time for the grass.
