Grasses like TifTuf or Sir Grange may only need 1/3 or ½ of the usual application rate during some months of the year, so check the side of the bucket for specific application details for your variety.
I use this one on setting number 3 which is ideal for most products and applications. If you are unsure, start on a lower number to see how much you use on an area and increase it accordingly.

When using any of these products, make sure you read the label instructions first and stick to the label rates when applying. As mentioned earlier, this can be particularly important for low-nutrient requirement lawns like TifTuf that may only require a reduced rate.
