Everyone loves to see that beautiful green grass come roaring back in the spring. Here are 3 quick tips to help preserve your lawn through the months ahead.
ONE: Dethatch & rake. Get rid of built-up leaves and debris to help keep insects and lawn disease away. Or, you can mulch your leaves to give your grass extra nourishment & insulation.
TWO: Feed. Apply a fertilizer now to help your grass retain vital nutrients over the winter. Choose a winterizing formula with higher potassium content to promote more resilient grass.
THREE: Overseed. Fall weather is ideal for seed germination, so use this time to thicken your lawn and fix any bare spots.
So what are you waiting for? Doing a few things now can make a big difference later.
