Most of us know that Fall is the best time of the year to renovate most lawns...but many people still get the timing wrong. Most people start their lawn renovations too late in the season.
I have a long history of fixing yards without tilling the old grass and unrolling new sod. Most of my renovations have been very successful and of those, the majority were started in late summer to early Sept. Typically in the month of August.
